The Fun Walkers @ South West programme was first launched in 2006 with the aim to promote active ageing and healthy lifestyle in the South West District. It is a popular interest group amongst South West residents, where the residents get to enjoy a good exercise while making new friends! Fun Walkers programme is specially designed for all audiences. This also targets residents who is only keen to brisk walk at their own pace. This programme ultimately creates an enjoyable and conducive environment for healthy living in the district and enhance the appeal of exercising as a lifestyle and bonding activity.
