South West Caregiver Support Fund

The South West Caregiver Support Fund is an interim one-time assistance of $800, to help caregivers with self-care and caregiving expenses.

The eligibility criteria and administration of the fund is as follows:

a)     Resident of South West District;

b)     Singapore Citizen or at least one immediate family member is a Singapore Citizen;

c)     Per Capita Household Income (PCHI) or $1,500 and below or hold a Blue CHAS Card;

d)     Caregiver and Care Recipient must reside in the same household; and

e)     Care Recipient requires assistance in at least three Activities of Daily Living (ADL), i.e. washing, feeding, dressing, toileting, moving and transferring; or

f)      Care Recipient certified to have a permanent disability of any one of the following: Physical / Visual / Hearing / Intellectual Disability - autism spectrum disorder, etc.

How to Apply

Visit your nearest Community Club/Centre to be referred.

Applications are accepted throughout the year.
