Corporate Social Integration (CSI) Fund @ South West
Corporate Social Integration Fund @ South West is an SGSecure initiative by the South West Community Development Council (CDC) to encourage diversity, inclusion and integration within the workplaces, as well as the community; Staff from different nationalities and cultures of corporates and Trade Associations and Chambers (TACs) may be engaged in platforms that promote:

Better understanding of local cultures and social norms, e.g. through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects and volunteerism efforts; and
-
Interaction between local and non-local staff (including permanent residents and foreigners), e.g. diversity workshops and cultural exchange programmes.
Supported by the National Integration Council (NIC) and People’s Association (PA), the Fund supports meaningful staff engagement and development towards a better workplace, and builds strong ties within the community towards a safe and resilient Singapore.
