Corporate Social Integration (CSI) Fund @ South West

Corporate Social Integration Fund @ South West is an SGSecure initiative by the South West Community Development Council (CDC) to encourage diversity, inclusion and integration within the workplaces, as well as the community; Staff from different nationalities and cultures of corporates and Trade Associations and Chambers (TACs) may be engaged in platforms that promote:

Better understanding of local cultures and social norms, e.g. through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects and volunteerism efforts; and
Interaction between local and non-local staff (including permanent residents and foreigners), e.g. diversity workshops and cultural exchange programmes.

Supported by the National Integration Council (NIC) and People’s Association (PA), the Fund supports meaningful staff engagement and development towards a better workplace, and builds strong ties within the community towards a safe and resilient Singapore.

What is provided

CSR project(s), organised or participated by staff, that uplifts, enriches and/or benefits the community.
The CSR project(s) may also involve and/or benefit Social Service Agencies (SSAs) However, monetary donations are non-acceptable projects.

Minimum 20 unique count of participating staff per project At least 30% non-local staff (including permanent residents and foreigners)
A good mix of local and non-local staff i.e. Non-local staff with a minimum of 20% onwards

Up to $100 per participating staff (excluding participants or beneficiaries) for direct project expenses (e.g. venue, speakers, etc.) related to the project
