South West Caregiver Support Fund

The South West Caregiver Support Fund is an interim one-time assistance of $800, to help caregivers defray self-care and caregiving expenses. The eligibility criteria and administration of the fund is as follows:

• Resident of South West District;
• Singapore Citizen or at least one immediate family member is a Singapore Citizen;
• Per Capita Household Income (PCHI) of $1,500 and below;
• Caregiver and Care Recipient must reside in the same household;
• Care Recipient requires assistance in at least 3 of the Activities of Daily Living (ADL) - washing, feeding, dressing, toileting, moving and transferring or Care Recipient certified to have a permanent disability of any one of the following: Physical / Visual / Hearing / Intellectual Disability / Autism Spectrum Disorder, etc.
