Launched in 2017 to bring the SkillsFuture movement into the heartlands, SkillsFuture Advice @ South West (SFA @ South West) aims to help residents navigate the SkillsFuture landscape and better understand the skills needed for the future economy as well as their own strengths.

Recently renewed between the five CDCs, Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) and Lifelong Learning Singapore (LLSG), SFA @ South West will target to reach even more residents, to better support them in today’s volatile jobs landscape.


SkillsFuture Festival @ South West is back! Join us to explore new learning pathways and opportunities.

SkillsFuture Festival @ South West brings skills development and jobs closer to the community, making it easier for residents to explore new learning pathways and opportunities.

 Bringing together training providers, employers and career support partners, the Festival enables participants to discover relevant training programmes, build future-ready capabilities and gain exposure to areas such as AI, digitalisation and emerging workforce skills.

 Participants can also connect directly with employers through on-site interviews at the South West Community Job Fair, receive personalised job matching, career and skills guidance from Job Ambassadors and Careers & Skills Advisors, and experience interactive showcases that bring new skills and technologies to life.

 Participating employers include BELLS Institute of Higher Learning, Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree, Murata Electronics Singapore, Neo Group and Shake Shack Singapore. Participants can explore roles across education, hospitality, manufacturing, and food services.
