South West Caregiver Support Fund

$1,000 to help caregivers with self-care and caregiving expenses.

Eligibility criteria

The eligibility criteria and administration of the fund is as follows:

  • Resident of South West District;

  • Applicant or care recipient must be Singaporean;

  • Per capita household income ≤ $1,500 or blue CHAS card holder;

  • Caregiver and care recipient must reside in the same household; and

  • Care recipient requires assistance with min. 3 activities of daily living (ADLs): washing / feeding / dressing / toileting / mobility; OR

  • Care recipient has a certified permanent disability: physical / visual / hearing / intellectual / autism / others.
